Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 1, 2025

At StressTerrace Shodo Academy, we provide digital courses and experiences in Shodo as mindfulness training. Due to the nature of these services, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Non-Refundable Purchases

• All payments for courses and subscriptions are final.

• Once you have enrolled and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued.

2. Subscription Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.

• Cancellation will stop future payments, but past payments remain non-refundable.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

• If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge. Legitimate billing errors will be corrected.
